Incase of a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at contact@redyjewelry.in as soon as the product is delivered and we'll exchange the item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized jewellery is non-returnable unless defective.
